Can't see my DKB credit card in the app anymore


My Visa card for my DKB account is no longer displayed in my overview. Before this has always been the case. I deactivated the DKB account and added it back. After doing this, it was completely gone, even though it was automatically displayed the first time when I added the DKB account to the app. Can I do anything about this?

There have been a couple of changes in the DKB online banking due to the new PSD2 Directive.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to access credit card data of the DKB.

We work together with the DKB to make this possible again in the quickest way. Unfortunately, I can not give you an exact date when this will be possible again. In the meantime, I thank you for your understanding and your patience.
