Can't set-up DKB Account

I wanted to test the app, so I tried to connect my DKB account.
After entering user/password combination, A TAN is correctly sent to my device. After filling it in, a second TAN is again sent.
But after that screen, the login process fails with a “Bankfehler” error (the bank portal is unavailable).
