Issue with N26 connection

I have been having with my connected N26 bank. Well the one I had connected till few days back. So I had my N26 account for about 5 months but was asked to refresh it a few days back. I reentered my credentials but got an error on the lines of “MFA token needed”. But I never really got any MFA token from the bank or even have a way of entering it on the app. Anyway this went on for free tries and then switched to an error message “Bankfehler: null”. I then unlinked the account and tried adding it back but have not been able to do that so far. I was really hoping you could help me with this issue.
